UK Insurance Dashboard

About

UK Management Information Dashboard is a platform built on physical server for better business decision-making in Insurance department. We migrated the data and built an app on cloud using business intelligence software QlikView.

Challenges

  1. Building from Scratch with a New Team - Onboarded a completely new development team, so we needed to rapidly align them with HSBC's data policies and project goals.
  2. Legacy System Migration - Transitioning from physical servers to cloud infrastructure while maintaining data integrity.
  3. Data Transformation - Converting and standardizing data from multiple sources for use in QlikView.
